Ashtrom International specializes in the initiation, construction, management, and operation of various properties in Serbia and Romania, including hotels, office buildings, and shopping complexes. One of its key properties is the Rajiceva entertainment and shopping complex, topped by the 125-room Mama Shelter hotel. Located in Belgrade's historic quarter, the property spans approximately 60,000 sqm.
